"Wow, that was different. At first I felt gentle waves going down my spine, then I felt and saw bright yellow energy (like rays of the sun going straight out of my solar plexus in 360 degrees. I kept feeling lighter and lighter until I drifted into a deep state. I came out just as the session ended. Last time I felt a heaviness that lasted for quite a while, this time my head feels altered, but not heavy. My brain still feels like it is shifting.
